DSA Battlefront II Servers Back Online

I am happy to announce that the DSA Servers are back up and running. I apologize for the downtime, but as those that have been following are aware, AOWC (artofwarcentral.com) our hosting company, had a major screw-up in switching our servers over to the new Data Center locations.

Unfortunately all the old server stats are lost, or I am assuming so by AOWC's lack of response to recovering the old data from the other server. If anything we will leave the old boards up for prosperity, and create a new one for this new server.

"Tearing up" RICKIE & TOM eh KAMUI??? Who was that? I think RICKIE and TOM were "tearing" you guys up if we weren't tearing into each other. Do you guys actually review these rankings on your leaderboards. (Please browse all columns). He he he!

And furthermore... why would losing the old boards bother me, whatsoever? If we, infact, will have the old "Leaders" still posted... I would then be EXTREMELY satisfied that I am now 'frozen' in the number #1 position. I am as happy as a lil naked Yoda.

Actually if I remember correctly as long as I played the game I was #1 in jedi. You can take comfort in the fact that I no longer play, so that's why you got to the top.

I never cared about rank TOM.More for the thrill of battle and facing a tough opponent.Though seeing my combined killcount is always something I like to see :D.

The "leaderboard" connotation was just to be funny... stats dont explain all, I am aware of that. Was just responding to your "tearing up" remark. But I still do need a reminder of when the "tearing up" ocurred. :p

Tomahawk, you played for much more time with the same name under your server. I came much later, after stats were already, finely stacked. And under more than one name. I was a late bloomer to joining the underworld.

I hope the issues I seem to be having with the new server resolves soon....
I keep getting a "connection to host lost" and was only able to hit 2 maps out of the 6 I tried for tonight in practice, and coudnt even get into Jedi... anyone able to help me solve this one?

I'm not sure why it would happen. Has anyone else had similar issues at all with Just our servers?

I think the Darth Liang guy was saying he had this problem, but he was sent on vacation, so I can't be sure.

I used to have those problems back when I had a Cable modem,
but that was in all servers, not just DSA.
And I was plugged in directly from my modem too.

Ever since I've gotten FiOS, it's been running smooth as a babies behind.

Yes TOMAHAWK... as I recall... you had been playing in the same server for quite a long time and quite a while longer than me, as well... AND under the same name. I, however, came as a much later time and under more than one name. I joined the underworld a bit later than many of you!

I have DSL and I've never had this problem before, so I just don't get it.. it went on that night as well and I couldnt even get into Jedi at all and thats a definate first for me... I'll try again tonight and see if it resolves itself
