Website 404 error

For me at least, idk for sure if it is for everyone.

But If I am viewing the Gallery and then click "FORUMS" on the top navbar. I get a 404 error

404 Not Found
The requested URL /gallery/vbindex.php does not exist.

I take it somewhere in the php script or what not where the navbar is linked to the link just ads the vbindex.php instead of going to it.
