Wow so I had a beer in London called "London Gold". It tasted like someone took a Miller lite, let it get warm and flat and then poured vinegar in it. Freakin terrible. That was on day 1 of being in london and I have been sticking to beers that i recognize since then. lol, weird part was that some regular londoner person ordered it after me and he took a big ass gulp of it and didn't puke. I think English people like warm flat beer. Very odd. I'll be back tomorrow night.

Maybe the beer was from "the back room"

Yeah I was half tempted to ask him if the beer was supposed to taste like feet but I just asked for something else, lol.

If you get a chance Broc, try some Tenants or Tenants Strong. This is some strong alcohol content beer. I lived in London for 3 years while in the Navy and tried many ales. I liked Carling, Newcastle, Killings Light, Bass, Worthington White Shield, Mann’s Original Brown Ale, Sam Smith’s Old Brewer Ale, Hook Norton Old Hooky, Fuller’s London Porter, and Greene King’s Abbot Ale.

Not in a hotel but in an actual apartment that someone was renting out to people visiting london. It was cheaper then a hotel room and it was great because people wake up and go to sleep at different times so if you wake up before everyone else you have a place to hang out at (living room) instead of just in the hotel room and disturbing smeone else's sleep. Plus there was a kitchen and a washer/dryer. The place was very close to the High Street Kensington tube station. About 3 to 4 blocks away. Everything in England is accessable by tube or train. So that makes it even better as a vacation spot. Stay away from the London Gold and London Pride and anything on a similar tap.
