Well, JDEZ, in some areas, men are allowed to have multiple wives. But why would you want to? Sure, it sounds great in theory, but I could give you reasons that it just isn't so.

I was at a training session with a sales manager from Saudi Arabia recently and we asked him why he doesn't have more than one wife. His response was "I could marry more women......but my wife would kill me." Classic lol.

APAT, I think that's why most men don't try to marry multiple women, even if they're allowed. That, and the nagging from multiple sources. Women tend to get catty and gossipy when we get into groups. Plus, if they spend enough time together, women start to rag at the same time. It might not be as much fun as it sounds. Although if things go like ND suggested, that would be fun. But unless you're in a porno, what are the odds?

Lol it sounds uncommon, but i know a couple friends that have more than one wife and everything works out.

More hands on with the kids, more home cooked dinners. Shoot the women even dress nice around the house.

And its not at all freaky like you would think. From what ive heard, it can be done. It has been done.

Which is why it sparks my intrest. The real challenge is the family opposition from usually the womens families.

Oh boy do they have some traditional parents that have to get dealt with but in the end, edification is brought to everyones attention. And that is that their example of a strong family unit justifies their reason for living that way. I have nothing but respect for that.

Like i said, its an interesting idea. Just not an easy one to follow through with.

Call me old-fashioned, call me selfish, whatever, but I just can't see sharing my man. Want extra hands with the kids? Get a nanny. Want extra help with the cleaning duties? Get a maid (like ND). Maybe it's just me, but this chick doesn't play well with others.

Oh it's not just you girl, I don't share well either. Quinn is a pretty boy (he looks like Legolas) and I get immensely jealous when females make eyes at him. And I have a anger issue, so it takes daily doses of restraint to not kill people right there on the spot.

My girl and I had a girl we enjoyed time with to the point that it would of been fine to make it a 3 way relationship. But she chose to join the military and we went our separate ways. It would of worked out very well to all of us. My girl is a morning person and our friend was a night person like me. I don't sleep and well I don't mind sex 24, 7. But mostly we got along great. And we went on adventures together.

Des, I'm pretty sure your wife just said that you can get a hot Spanish nanny and sexy French maid to keep around the house. If you don't have kids, just tell her the nanny is there to keep an eye on your penis and make sure it doesn't get into any trouble. She'll keep it safe and sound with her legs wrapped around it.

As for the whole polygamy thing, I've also wondered if it would mean there are more women to nag you, or if they would just sit around clucking and gossiping with each other, leaving you with MORE free time.

Ironically, I brought up a live-in Nanny once. My wife said if she gets to hire a poolboy. I pointed out we did not have a pool. She grinned and said..."that's ok". Last time I asked about above in nanny.

All right, Ratix don't be putting words in my mouth. I never said anything about a sexy Spanish nanny or a hot French maid. We don't have any kids, so we don't need a nanny. All we have is a cat, and if he wants to hire someone to tend the pussy, it'd better be a willing, pliant, nubile, strong pool boy. And no, we don't have a pool either. We wouldn't want to wear poor Des out with the maid and nanny and give him a coronary. After all, he needs his energy for the DSA toy theater. :p
