As most of you know, I'm a Stormtrooper IRL with the 501st. Legion of Stormtroopers.:
I've completed my Stormy Armor, and an Imperial pilot.
And we have extremely high standards for our costumes, and armor. They must, beyond a doubt, be "movie quality", or even better.

My Gawd, the sheer horror of that, almost made me bleed from the eyes!
