    It has to do wit rank.4 an example if im rite the leader's tag will be *DSA* High General is {DSA} and stuff like thaat yea it has 2 do wit ranks.

      Its a designation of rank. You could probably figure this out if you just looked at which ranks were wearing which tags. But I'll spell it out so that its clear:

      *DSA* The Emperor and Darth Morder
      ~DSA~ Imperial Guard (including IG specialist ranks)
      <DSA> Grand General, Grand Moff
      [DSA] Members of Squad 1 (officers up-through Moffs)
      {DSA} Members of Squad 2 (officers up-through Moffs)
      (DSA) Officers who haven't been assigned to a squad yet
      (TKxxx) Stormtroopers, where xxx is their service number
