Favorite music

I have no idea if there was ever a thread like this, not trying to copy! I personally enjoy metal, rock, screamo, and christian metal. I like bands such as Demon Hunter, Living Sacrifice, August Burns Red, Korn ,and The Apologetics.(might be spelled wrong!) Anybody else got some?

I forgot, in some cases I like Pantera, my Favorite is Demon Hunter of them all. Awesome, Christian music isn't just weird hymns.

I goto a bunch of metal shows, but I like the old skool thrash metal, like SLAYER, Megadeth, and OLD Metallica. Pantera too.

I like something from pretty much every genre though. I feel it's important to have a diverse taste in music.

people are so retarded when they represent R&B, hip hop, pop with just rap. rap IS crap, but rap is just lyrics with hardly any music, the music today is basically a mix of hip hop, R&B and rap lyrics.

the stuff that shocker and i like are exactly like that. they got rap lyrics in there but it's got the beats and music of pop, hip hop and R&B.

They're a bit pricey, but it is definately worth it. Especially if you have never seen them before. I've seen them 3 times, and they always have a great/trippy stage show and rock so loud. They sound live just the way they do on their albums, their production is the best in that genre (U2 and Radiohead have great production too). And TOOL is just so freaking talented. DH will back me up on this.

I hate that **** you like. That screaming stuff, can't stand it. Rush is good. Some older bands I like, I dabble in everything, but country and that death metal or whatever you call it. And christian music if that's considered. The band I like the most is RHCP (chili peppers), then goo goo dolls, (mainly cuz they're from buffalo so I have to like them), DMB, and the last Black Eyed Peas album Monkey Business.

I honestly have no idea how to label the type of music I like, like genres and ****.

Ya I did. My friend got it and was all pumped up about it. I like some of the songs on it, I'm dissapointed in the re-done version of "A tou la mon." I really thought that "The System has Failed" (the previous release) was outstanding for a comeback. Especially when you compare it to what Metallica offered us as a "return to their roots"

RUSH was one of the best live shows I've ever seen Christ.

Concerts own and I can't wait 'til the 13th of this month when I meet up with EvilMrSpock and go see GWAR in SF. Nothing like seeing mutant space pirates kill, dismeber, and spray the audience with blood while playing metal!!!!

lol the only concert ive ever been to was a Bare Naked Ladies concert on New year's eve of the milennium which I don't remember because I was like 8 or 9.
