With the impending switch from analog to digital video, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) has released this informative PSA on just how easy the conversion will be.

I love how the old lady says "world war war" instead of www, lol.

For most people however this isn't really a problem, it's only for people who don't have cable and use only an antenna. I don't know anybody anymore who still does this but that doesn't mean that they are not out there. If they are I am sure that they have heard about this and they have ample time to do it. Plus I heard that you can get a coupon or something in order to make the transition inexpensive.
