Hmm. Much to think about.

The other big mark in it's favor is Left 4 Dead, to be honest :)... can't make that run on a Roku... but then again I have a crapload of games I can't seem to ever get done with.

The redesign sounds GREAT though if it's in line with the PS2 slim... I plan on buying an extra PS2 slim when they get cheap enough just to keep as a spare.

There will be no tirades... unless something breaks. That's when I come unglued.

And guys yes...I KNOW they extended the warranty...But to me that statement is like coming home with a buddy, and finding a guy screwing your wife. Your friend looks at you in disbelief..."Are you going to stand for that???!!!" And you reply, "Well, he does leave money for me on the nite table after he's done".

The one main thing I'm concerned about my PS3 is if I do have to send away to get it fixed...can they/do they save your drive, or do you 360 guys just lose all your games saves and shit?

When we send out our 360, we have to take out the hardrive and/or any faceplaces attached to the console. So we get to keep our data thankfully.

What about Nintendo? LOL of course nothing except idiots that swing their Wiimote mindlessly that it flies into the TV or they accidentally hurt someone swinging like a moron.

Well, that's good to know. The other day wife accidently unhooked the wires out of the back, and then tried to watch a movie. She then called me to tell that she couldn't, no matter what she did, get it to come on.

My blood actually ran cold for few seconds.....

"My saves...My Holy God.....My saves....."

Thank God that when she was vacuuming, she bopped that storage device I have it in, and only loosened the power cord......*Whew*

Oh yes definitely....the saves man....deep down in my mind i'm still saddened when I lost my Final Fantasy 7 save which had everything, it took me awhile to earn everything and my brother erases everything with the press of an X button.

Also, not to go off topic, but my oldest brother(who doesn't have a PS3) got the RROD a few days before I did which happens to be some sort of coincidence that I get mine 3 days later.

OMG!!! FF7 isn't exactly a game you can beat in a few hours...

I'm certain that in a few places that is grounds for justifiable homicide....

I know back in the day when I was playing that, if someone would've done that to me I would've cried like a baby... Then probably picked up a baseball bat...
