The glock 30 is pretty nice if you like .45 caliber pistols and it's pretty concealable too.

My instructor is a "stopping power" freak. He gave us all kinds of data of "one hit stops" per weight of bullet, caliber, and brand. I was actually extremely surprised by some of it.

For example, a .380 pistol is only around 60% stop for a direct hit with P+ hollow points, whereas even a 9mm with hydroshocks P+ is around 90%.

For those that don't know "stopping power" means that the person hit by the round either fled, surrendered, was killed, or in some other way stopped their behavior.

I like .45's esp in glocks... but I think I'd get a HK Mk23 for a .45, a Glock 27 .40, and a P226 9mm.

No matter what you use, the idea is to shoot until you stop the threat.

Make sure your are aiming upper torso or head, none of that shoot to wound crap

Shoot to wound is no good.

If your life is in danger only one kind of wound will prevent them from killing you. The fatal kind.

In my opinion, the best feeling and looking gun is the beretta 9mm. Just an all around awesome gun. As for being able to have guns, it is because of this we are the ONLY superpower in the world. USA!!!
