hey 360 guys? Question.....

okay currently I'm thinking about adding a hard drive to my 360 arcade... what I want to know is Is it worth it? has anyone done this? anyone had issues? Now that I've finally gotten a gold membership I'm looking at dl'able stuff...
So help me out guys.. thoughts? opinions?

i had a HD that came with my 360 however it was only a 20-gig. i then later got a 120-gig HD off ebay (found one for $75). the 120-gig hard-drive is a ton of space, however i have downloaded every game i have on my HD to eliminate potential problems such as.....

1. i have a 8-year old niece
2. it seems to have very few errors when playing from the HD
3. if a game is scratched it still has a really good chance of fully playing because all your xbox is doing is reading to make sure you have x game inside the system it doesn't fully read the disc itself

but yes it also allows you to expand into DLC with your map-packs, games from the arcade, or even if you have netflix.

You need the hard drive to hold your game profile, saved games, and downloaded map packs. I got a 20GB hard drive with my Xbox and its only half full after two years and seven games. But the little arcade memory stick couldn't handle that much storage. I've played without copying the games to hard drive, and never had problems with scratches or anything yet.
