    New ps3 setup?

    Ok I got my lady a slim, which she's has already got account set up on
    my PS3. So when I setup the new one for her just use her same Psn name
    email and PW ? and back up her game data to a thumb drive and copy to the slim?

      Her account and login info will be the same.

      Save game data can be hit or miss (some is copy protected), you may or may not be able to transfer it, depending on the game.

      The "Data transfer utility" is what I would recommend. It will transfer everything you currently have on your system onto the new one using an ethernet cable. It's what I used when I got my slim....you might remember MY experience, lol. Let me know if you have any questions.

              They only game she plays is WH so what data would she want to get?

                  Probably go to game save....but everything is saved on Warhawk servers I believe.

                      If it's online games only..then all saved data (stats) is on the severs, so you really don't have to do anything EXCEPT that her preferences (this is what is actually saved on the PS3 hard drive) will need to changed.

                              No, it has to be the same email and password and psn name. She will have to re download and install all the expansion packs she has but after that she is good to go. There is no reason to copy over the game data, it's just stuff like what customizations she uses and her settings.
