I just realized I can check the shoutbox archive by clicking the little grey ">> Shoutbox" link....but unfortunately still can't get it to display. I'm going to type "TEST" in the input field to see if I can input to the shoutbox, eventhough I can't see it.

Download Ccleaner and do a registry scan for issues, after that go ahead and fix issues.
Then go ahead and use the cleaner for the internet explorer and the windows explorer and Firefox.

I'll give that a try at home tonight. Have you (or other DSA) used it before?
I have something called Malware Bytes on my work computer, doesn't look like it does the same thing. I'd have to get an administrator to approve it if I want it on my work computer :(

I use it all the time along with malware bytes. It is a pretty good little program.

I'm not fond of CCleaner. My friend had nothing but viruses and crap from that thing......don't know what to tell you though.sigpicComment

Good call on the CCleaner. CCleaner is legit and does NOT have spyware or viruses. I use it every day to clean out customer's computers. If your friend had viruses, he had them before CCleaner was installed. More then likely it might have picked up some bad reg entries from a virus and might have triggered them by removing.
Back to the shoutbox issue though..I don't see where anything done from the mobile project could have interfered with the shoutbox. The only file I had altered in testing things, I had reverted back to the original when things didn't work.
The only other possible thing is a plugin script I added to fix the URL links on the site for each domain. But that shouldn't affect it.... hmmmm.... testing something.
