Banner help plz

my signiture isnt working, I think html code may have been turned off there somehow, but the code works everywhere else :( I need someone to please help me

NOTE:this happened after I tried to use style tags and got a mesage that said these tags are not allowed or somthing like that

wait so the reson I spent an hour trying to check my html and trying all different formats using alt use border etc. didn't work was because i used the wrong menu! huh ok then :?
