And I've been spray painting everything for the last three days, you smartass... ;) And you darn well know firsthand how much money and time I've spent on this. I spent hours last night priming and prepping all the pieces for my Spaceport. You know this, I showed you all this today.

Since you're not working right now Yentis, ya know you could help me with this...
Yentis was over at my house earlier today, and was laughing his ass to my reply. He is the ultimate smart ass I've ever known, and he damn sure posted that to get me riled up. But we both love him dearly. He bought the huge ass pirate island for me, on my birthday, so I could share it with you all.

I have almost all the toys I want, and I've been working like mad on the scenery, even today I was spray painting right up to when it began to rain, and I'll be working on it all day tomorrow. Since it has warmed up, I've set my own personal deadline for this for one month, and I meant it. And I keep my word.

    Peace out,

    Des.

Its like my youtube video mixtapes. I have dozens of clips, I know I can always make more. I know that I have plenty to make videos. So thats what I do.

I make videos, while still gathering content. It flows like a river of pure entertainment. The quality is great and the audience stays engaged. I even create some days in advance prior to releasing them so that I don't fall behind my own set schedule.

Point being, I wouldnt fill my entire hard drive with videos before putting them together and releasing them. I gather while creating at the same time, and everything falls into place wonderfully. You can do this Des.

    Please, please, PLEASE take this very short two page survey and select;

"Action figures based on video games".

You don't have to log in or give your name, it's just a short survey by Mattel.:

Create and publish online surveys in minutes, and view results graphically and in real time. SurveyMonkey provides free online questionnaire and survey software.

    Quick update:

Well, just when I thought I was finished with RaTix's mansion, Daz bought me a brand new FOUR STORY mansion, and this monster is HUGE !!!!:

The figures and accessories are out of scale, but the house isn't, it's damn near perfect, except that I'll have to take it apart and paint it in more realistic colors besides that damnable pink they make everything in. I thank God I just bought just about all the proper scale furniture I need. They were selling it for $112.00, And Daz scored it mint in box for $50.00 !!! :D About the only modification I'll have to do is to re-scale the front door.

Good news is that it looks like it's very easy to take apart, unlike RaTix's first mansion. So now I have two mansions !. Thanks Daz, you're the bomb ! :D

And I thank you 'Mui, and everyone else for their patience with this.

One of the very main things that was holding me back, is that I now have five houses and a farm, but I didn't have any furniture or accessories. Not very great pictures if you have a house set, and no proper scale furniture for it.

But this problem has been solved in just the last few days. I now have enough furniture to finally finish the sets. I have beds, complete bathrooms, and enough furniture to complete the houses, but some of them need to be repainted and weathered. And now that its finally warmed up, that shouldn't be a problem now either. I have the sets, all the furniture, the glue, the paints, even the proper scale wallpapers. And as I said before, its finally warmed up now, so I can finish this up, once and for all, and get these projects finally done.

I do wish I had a few more Jets, but I can work with what I have now.

In regards to sets, I still have to build the spaceport, but I now have everything to build it, and I still have to build the showers for the DSA barracks. But that's about it. I eventually want to do a complete city street, but I have enough on my plate right now as it is, so that can wait, even though I wish I didn't have to wait to build it.

I know its been a long wait, but it will be worth it. You have to remember that I've had to get everything for this within my limited funds, access to the proper props; and that if I couldn't buy them, I've had to make them by hand, which hasn't been an easy task at all. But this all has been a labor of love for me, for my fellow DSA, and our guests here; regardless of how much money or time it has taken me.

Oh my God 'Mui, you have absolutely no idea of what's in store for everyone here. This has taken me over two years, hundreds of dollars, and a shitload of my time. I've built a DSA homebase, barracks, Two complete pirate ports, a fast food restaurant, five houses, a farm, and hundreds of action figures, and a crapload of vehicles, all out of my own pocket, and a few very generous donations from members here.

At this point since its warmed up enough for me to spray paint outside, I'd say give me about a month to get everything finished, work permitting. I know it's been hard waiting for these two years, so a month shouldn't be much more.

No one would be happier to get all this done, than me. I've had to wait all this time also, to share this with everyone here. ;)

And now that it's warming up, I can finally get back to my beloved DSA toy projects again. It's hard to spray paint props and sets when it's 27 degrees outside. It's so very nice to type this all out in my studio, and not see my breath, because it's been so cold in here. So I can't really complain.

Even the guys at the Fighting 1:18th site ( http://www.fighting118th.com/forum/index.php ) are looking forward to seeing our skits for you guys. Daz has told me that if I bring home anymore styrofoam for my sets, she's going to beat me. That, and the ton of toys I already have. ;) I had been going out of my mind trying to figure out a way to do proper water, and one of the guys at the 1:18th site sent me a fantastic youtube video on how to do it. It was simple, and amazing. :D And now that it's finally warming up, I can get back to work. :D
You probably don't need me to tell you, But I've been waiting since 2012 to see more . From the time you first released one I eagerly looked forward to another one lol. I hope it's going well, But I wish you would give us a snippet at least to hold us over :(.

The folks from the former clan known as Black Sun used to have a comic called "On the Battlefront", And it was fun to read, But I was really sad that they cut it short so quickly even though there was so much content to go by.

    Quite well, thank you. ;)

As I said before, this has become a labor of love for me. For the PTE series, our store only gets them at Christmas time. So the sets, vehicles, and what not that I couldn't afford last year, I was able to get this year. :D So yeah, it's taken me over two years to get everything I need for this project.

Even the guys at the "Fighting 1:18th" site have been fussing at me to show them something in their posts. And God bless them all, they've also been such a help, and truly supportive.

And this has really tormented me over all this time. "Do I really want to ruin the surprise ?".

I've worked so hard, and spent so much money on this, and plus I really want to blow you guys and girls away with what I've made.

I have to really thank Daz and Yentis for supporting me over all this time. I wouldn't have been able to do this without their support, especially Daz's.

When you guys see just how awesome this is, you'll understand just why it's taken so very long. It's just been if I've had the time, I didn't have the money, and vice versa. If I had the money, I didn't have the time to work on it, due to work, and just being too tired to work on it after getting off work at 12am.

But I have almost all the figures I need, only just a few more. It's the sets that's been killing me. Just so much detail work. Just imagine having to build an entire pirate island dock out of scratch ?.

Ratix's mansion is almost done. The fast food restaurant IS done. The pirate island has become my nightmare. It's just HUGE. And I mean really huge, and heavy. The DSA barracks is almost done. The spaceport is also huge. Much more work than I expected. But I want it to look just right.

The best way I can describe it is like making all the props for a movie. But right now everything is almost 99% done. I swear it. I swear to God himself I'm not bullshitting y'all.

I honestly think that if I get anymore toys for this, Daz is going to kill me. She has been such a blessing for me thru all this.

But I am true to my word. As soon as I can get some damn time off of work, I'll post some teaser pics for you all. You've waited a long time for this, and you all deserve it.

Warning ⚠, NOT a Deslock production. It is funny nontheless. I figured this would be the right place to put it 😁.

Plus we need to draw more attention to this thread.
